snoop d. o. double g on the mic in applebee's

At my last recollection, Applebee's was a pretty family-friendly establishment. But tonight's dinner ambiance was provided by Snoop D. O. Double G and other artists rhyming risqué songs. If I didn't have a seven year old at the table, I might not have thought a thing about it. However, Applebee's was nearly dead on this Friday night and there wasn't much conversation to drown out lyrics laced with the words "booty" and "thong". I'm pretty sure one of the college-aged waiters plugged his iPod into the sound system while no one was looking. Bad move, Applebee's. From now on, I'll be looking to eat good in another neighborhood.
